Phones are too complicated

A survey commissioned by Mformation shows 95% of consumers surveyed would be more likely to try new mobile phone services if the set-up were easier.

    Hmm, comes as a surprise, considering Cliff’s experience with his new Nokia phone..
    95% of customers saying that they had difficulties is really unacceptable!!
